If you have just ordered your photos:
If we have sent you a "Your Order Was Shipped" notification, but you haven't received the images:
Very occasionally, the emails we send you that have your images attached will get blocked by the recipient's email host and we get blacklisted as a sender, making all further email communication and re-send attempts impossible. This has been particularly prevalent with customers using Hotmail accounts.
If you didn't provide us with a phone number when you ordered, it means we cannot establish any other form of communication with you until we have an alternate means.
So, if you are contacting us regarding missing images, please either:
If you've placed an order, but haven't received any emails of any form (including an Order Confirmation email).
You've probably made a typo in your email address. :)
Send us a message on the Contact form to confirm your email address, the time and date of your order (and what event/products you selected) and a phone number to contact you on.
