Need help finding and buying photos?  Follow this simple step-by-step guide.

Step 1 - Find your photos

From the event page, search by your bib or team number.  If you weren't wearing a bib (or suspect it was not visible) enter "NA" to search for untagged images.  Alternatively, you can browse the galleries by the following the links on the event home page.

Once you've found your photos, click into them to see enlarged versions.

From here you can;

  • Add items directly to the cart
  • Use the 'heart' symbol to create a 'Favourites' collection to add to the cart later
  • Create a package

See step 3 for more details

Step 2 - Choose a format

Choosing which product to select should start with the question; "what am I going to use the image for?"  Answering that is half the battle, the rest is simply down to your preferences and budget.  Read on for a detailed description of each product.

Digital Options

Small JPEG:  This format is the cheapest option available and is perfect for those who want a budget momento to post online as a small profile pic, or view on their phone/tablet.  At 900x600 pixels it will fill roughly 25% of a modern computer monitor and will not support printing.

Medium JPEG:  This format offers a cost effective option for those who want a larger view (approx full screen) to view online and make their own small prints.  At 1500x1200 pixels it will nearly fill most computer monitors, and supports printing to 4x6 inches.

Large JPEG:  This format is for those who want a high res original file to make their own large prints (up to A3 size and often beyond, depending on cropping) and various other products such as banners, canvases etc.  Akin to 'buying the negative' from the days of film, this product is the most expensive but is the perfect option for those who want the highest quality, or teams who want to create their own multiple prints of the same image(s) for multiple team members.

Prints are perfect for those who want something ready-to-frame so they can hang it on the wall without any of the hassle of printing.  SOK Images offers the following print sizes

  • 5 x 7 inches - traditional format that will require slight cropping of the original file*
  • 8 x 10 inches - traditional format that will require more aggressive cropping of the original file*
  • 8 x 12 inches - modern format to fix the aspect ratio of original files

*Customers are able to set their own cropping when selecting these formats

Step 3 - Add your selected images to cart

From the viewing screen, you can either add individual products to the cart, or group photos together in a package.

The easiest way to create a package is to add the package you want.

When you land on this screen, choose the 'All' tab, then drag the images you want into the package placeholders.

When you are ready, add the package to the cart.

Step 3 - Stand by for delivery!

All photos shown are unfinished web proofs and all orders are individually optimised before delivery to ensure the highest quality image possible, regardless of size and format. Electronic orders (JPEGs) are delivered by email after processing so please ensure you provide the correct address and keep an eye on your Spam/Junk folder just in case it ends up there!!
